Planning Board Minutes

March 6, 2007

1. Special Informational Town Meeting: This was held downstairs at 7:00 p.m. for the public to attend, with any questions for the planning Board regarding any town Warrants set forth for the town meeting vote.

2. Call to order: 7:15 p.m.

3. Attendance: Vice Chair: Paul Leeper, Peter Jolliffe, Jack Degraff, Steve Porter,

and Dave Marceau.

4. Review of Applications and Requests:

A. Mr. Lyons, from Bradford Massachusetts was here for a violation of Shoreland Zoning at his 310 Walker Road Searsmont Address: Map 11 lot 2. He brought in 15 yards of fill for the above mentioned property, without the Planning Boards approval: Action: Approved.

B. Mr. Lyons presented the Planning Board with an application to build an 8x8 shed with a set back of 15 feet from his property line:

Motion made to accept above proposal: Approved unanimously.

application and permit fees for proposed shed were collected.

5. Minutes: Review of February 20, 2007 minutes: Motion made, seconded and passed

unanimously to accept minutes with minor corrections.

6. Communications: None

7. Old Business:

Ÿ A discussion was held on the formulation of a Flood Plain Application that Paul is writing. Paul updated the Board with his progress and will follow up with it after getting the States advice on a model application.

8. New Business:

· Follow up Discussion on the States Memorandum on Shoreland Zoning.

9. Adjournment: Motion made, seconded and passed unanimously to adjourn at 8:30
