In
April of each year, declarations are mailed to all property
owners. All changes made during the year should be noted
on the form and returned to the Town Office no later than
May 30th.
Examples
of changes:
- names
of property owners
- added
a structure (porch, decks, etc.)
- removed
a structure or portion of a structure
