Planning Board Minutes

September 2, 2008

1. Call to Order: 7:00p.m.

2. Attendance: Chair: George Sprowl, Andrea Walker, Jack DeGraff, and Dave

Marceau.

3. Minutes: Review of August 19, 2008 minutes. Motion made, seconded and passed

Unanimously to accept with minor changes.

4. Applications and Requests: Lisa Dial of Red Cabin Partners, located on Lawry Pond,

Map 5 lot 121 came before the Board with an application for an addition.

The applicant proposed to change a portion of the roof line to conform to the main

building roof line, by raising it up.

Motion made, seconded and passed unanimously to accept, as the addition poses no change to the volume and meets the 30% expansion rule, pending a collection for the permit fee of $100.00.

6. Old Business: Discussion on the Shoreland zoning took place.
