Planning Board Minutes

May 5, 2009

1. Call to Order: 7:00pm

2. Attendance: Chair Paul Leeper, Vice Chair: Dave Marceau, Tom Andrews, Bonita Johnson, Jack Degraff, and Mark Tibbetts.

3. Minutes: Passed over until next meeting.

4. Applications and requests:

Carol Robbins came before the Board for a building permit renewal, on the property located at Map 7 lot 59 on the Pond Road. Carol Robbins presented the Board with a site plan drawing of all proposed structures to scale with the application, as previously presented and approved. The board reviewed all structures and dimensions and found they met all standards.

Motion made, seconded and approved unanimously to allow Dave Marceau, who did the septic design for this property, to vote on this permit.

Motion made, seconded and passed unanimously to approve the application for Map 7 lot 59 on the Pond Road Searsmont.

Carol Robbins presented the Board with an application for a permit to build on Map 11 Lot 39 on the Walker Road. Frank Therio CEO, confirmed all dimensions and floodplain setbacks and stated that it meets all standards. The Board agreed.

Motion made, seconded and passed unanimously to approve the application for a permit. An Application fee was paid.
