Planning Board Minutes

March 17, 2009

1. Call to Order: 7:00p.m.

2. Attendance: Chair: George Sprowl, Vice Chair: Paul Leeper, Jack Degraff, Peter Jolliffe, Dave Marceau, special presentation from Bruce Brierley.

3. Minutes: Review of February 17, 2009 minutes. Motion made, seconded and

passed unanimously to accept with minor change.

4. Applications and Requests: None

5. Communications: Discussions on candidates for the planning Board took place.

6. Old Business: Discussions on the time frame for land owners to appeal/ amend the new zoning changes, took place.

7. New business: None

8. Adjournment: Motion made, seconded and passed unanimously to adjourn at 900pm
