Planning Board Minutes

December 16, 2008

1. Call to Order: 7:00pm

2 Attendance: Chair: George Sprowl, Vice Chair: Paul Leeper, Andrea

Walker, Dave Marceau, and Peter Jolliffe.

3. Minutes: Reviewed December 2, 2008 minutes.

Motion made, seconded and passed to re-write and vote on at the next meeting.

4. Applications and requests: Bruce Putnam of 42 Ripley Corner Rd. of Searsmont Me Map 3 lot 36 came before the Board for an addition to said above address.

Motion made, seconded and passed unanimously to accept as it met all Shoreland zoning standards.

5. Communications: None

6. Mapping committee: Paul Leeper, Peter Jolliffe, and Dave Marceau of the mapping committee reported back on their progress of updating the map for Shoreland Zoning. They will continue to work on this and the next meeting for the subcommittee will be Monday December 22, 2008 at 5:00pm at Robbins Lumber.

7. Old Business:

A calendar map was reviewed for the Planning Board to decide what date would be best to hold an informational meeting for the public concerning the new mandated Shoreland zoning amendments.

8. New Business:

The Planning Board was informed per Frank Therio that our Ordinance on page 21 under Village extension District entry 1 Lot 3/14 does not exist anymore, and it needs to be changed

1. Lot 10.1 community building is not correct and

7. Lot 10/19 does not exist anymore.
