Planning Board Minutes

December 19, 2006

1.     Call to Order:  7:00 p.m.

2.     Attendance: Chair: George Sprowl, Vice Chair: Paul Leeper, Jack Degraff, Steve

        Porter, and Dave Marceau.

3.     Review of Applications and requests:  None

4.    Minutes: review of December 5, 2006 minutes.

Motion made to accept minutes with minor corrections, seconded, passed

       unanimously.

5.   Communications:

Ÿ  Dave has the DVD.

Ÿ  George contacted Maritimes and  Northeast Pipeline and they will be sending a representative to the scheduled January 16ths Planning Board meeting to answer any questions the Planning Board or the public may have concerning the  proposed compressor station  for the gas line on the New England Road.

Ÿ The Public is always welcomed to attend the Planning Boards meetings.

6.     New business: None.

7.    Old Business:

Ÿ   Dave  presented the Board his mock map template again. The map  included

        existing conditions and proposed conditions, which will clarify intent and

        specific changes to the building and surrounding area.

Ÿ   Paul  presented his application for a minor/major Site Plan Review. The Board

        will elaborate on its continuity and establish a minor and major standard. There

        were a few adjustments that will be made to it, and presented again at the next

        Planning Board meeting for review.
