Planning Board Minutes

August 21, 2007

1. Call To Order: 7:00 p.m.

2. Attendance: Chair: George Sprowl, Vice Chair: Paul Leeper, Jack Degraff, and Peter

Jolliffe.

3. Review of Applications and Requests:

A. Mr. Alboum - Application for an addition to a Camp on Lawry Pond. It met all

standards.

Motion made to accept application, seconded and passed unanimously.

Motion made, seconded, and passed unanimously to collect a $55.00 fee.

B. Mr. and Mrs. White- Application for a Camp on 33 Beach Drive to be raised 3

feet. Application met all standards.

Motion made to accept the application, seconded and passed unanimously.

Due to a lack of a quorum, because one member had to leave, the remaining agenda will be discussed at the next meeting
