Planning Board Minutes

April 7, 2009

1. Call to Order: 7:00pm

2. Attendance: Vice Chair: Paul Leeper, Andrea Walker, Jack Degraff, Tom Andrews, Bonita Johnson, and

Mark Tibbetts.

3. Election of Chair: The Board members elected Paul Leeper as Chair, and David Marceau for Vice Chair.

4. Applications and request: Jim Elliot: of 192 Walker Road, Searsmont came before the board with an application for

expansion of 25% cubic feet/18sq feet. Frank Therio has looked at the dimensions, and said they fall below what Jim has proposed, therefore it meets all expansion rules. Frank collected his flood plain/site plan application and check.

Motion made, seconded and passed unanimously to accept, as it meets the 30% expansion rule and all standards in the Ordinance.

5. Minutes: Review of March 3 and 17 minutes.

Motion made, seconded and passed unanimously to accept.

6. Communication: Tom Andrews, Mark Tibbets, Nancy Robbins, Bonita Johnson and Andrea Walker have signed up for the

MMA Workshop being held on November 19 2009 5:30pm-9:00pm in Augusta.

7. New Business: None
