1. Call To Order: 7:00 p.m.

2. Attendance: Chair: George Sprowl, Vice Chair: Paul Leeper, Jack Degraff, David

Marceau, Peter Jolliffe and Andrea Walker.

3. Applications and requests: None

4. Minutes: Review of April 1, 2008 minutes. Motion made to accept minutes with one

minor change, seconded and passed unanimously.

5. Communications: None

6. Sub-Committee: None

7. Old Business: The topic of setting a permit fee, for a change of use, in section 800 of

the Comprehensive plan took place. Further discussion on this will

continue.

8. New business: None

9. Adjournment: 7:30pm.
